Hire a self-drive Eco BBQ Boat in Mandurah and captain your own private mini cruise. Explore Mandurah’s waterways at your own pace, take in 360-degree views and keep an eye out for dolphins as you enjoy that classic West Aussie pastime: a cold drink and a barbecue with friends.

Our round Eco BBQ Boats have a circular picnic table with an electric hotplate BBQ at their centre, the perfect setting for relaxed socialising. Every boat has a BBQ, included in the hire price. Bring your own food and drinks, or add a chef-prepared picnic box when you book, and we’ll supply the rest.

Choose a 6-seat Eco BBQ Boat for 1.5 hours ($325) or a 10-seat Eco BBQ Boat for 2 hours ($375). Both have an electric BBQ included, prices are per boat, and no skipper’s ticket is needed.

Cruise past Mandurah’s thriving waterfront, glamorous yachts and through the canals. Enjoy lunch along the way or find a nice spot to anchor, taking in panoramic views. We’ll provide you with a scenic map, or ask us about our favourite places to dine with spectacular views.

Every Eco BBQ Boat has an electric hotplate BBQ at its centre, included in the hire price. Sizzle a sausage or throw some local seafood on the hotplate. Not keen to cook? Bring a share platter, or add one of our chef-prepared picnic boxes when you book. We’ll provide tongs, plates, cups, cutlery and napkins.

BYO Drinks

You are welcome to bring your own drinks for your Eco BBQ Boat experience. There is room for a 50-litre esky on our standard size Eco BBQ Boats and a 70-litre esky can be accommodated on our 10-person Eco BBQ Boats.

Quite possibly. Mandurah’s waterways are home to around 90 resident wild dolphins, and guests often spot them. They are wild, so we can’t guarantee a sighting.

Yes. You can give an Eco BBQ Boat hire as a gift with a Mandurah Cruises gift card, a great present for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas.

Visitor but I grew up years in Perth. Mandurah is still a great place and highly recommend people taking this cruise to enjoy the environment
