Get your claws ready because the Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest is back and bigger than ever! Set against the stunning waterways of Mandurah, our iconic, free event is back on 16 and 17 March 2024 for two epic days of fun, food and festivities.

Mandurah Crab Fest isn’t just any event – it’s an award-winning extravaganza that draws crowds from all over the state. With its vibrant atmosphere and exciting selection of activities, it’s easy to see why it’s one of the most popular events in WA. 

Special Crab Fest Dolphin Cruises just $15

To celebrate Crab Fest, Mandurah Cruises is offering special half-hour dolphin cruises for just $15, so you can jump about and see Mandurah’s best sights over this fun-packed weekend. Explore our famous waterways and luxury canals, with playful dolphins, birdlife and unforgettable scenery. Enjoy live commentary from local experts and take in prime views of Crab Fest’s colour and festivities, while relaxing on the water. Cruises depart every 20 minutes across Crab Fest weekend between 10am and 5pm. Get in early and book your spot before the big weekend!

Entertainment galore

Prepare to be entertained with live music performances on the main stage featuring headline acts including the Potbelleez, Tarryn Stokes, and Pacific Avenue bringing the vibes for the whole weekend. There will also be heaps of other live entertainment, including the action-packed Mandurah Action Sports Games showcasing wakeboarding, BMX, skateboarding, and more. 

Top it all off with a spectacular firework show over Mandjar Bay on Saturday night from 8:30 pm.

As you’d expect with a foodie destination like Mandurah, and an event named Crab Fest; there will be mountains of mouthwatering crab dishes and other seafood specialities on sale from local food trucks and in our gourmet restaurants. With plenty of non-seafood, gluten-free, and vegan options available, there’s something to suit all tastes and budgets! Don’t forget to visit the SpudShed Yellow Brick Road tent next to Mandurah Cruises for the freshest local produce! 

Wash it all down with a beverage from one of the pop-up bars featuring local award-winning breweries like Boundary Island Brewing Co and Thorny Devil Brewery. 

No visit to Crab Fest would be complete without grabbing some fresh crabs to take home and enjoy after the festival, so be sure to visit the crab sales tents and start planning your at-home feast!
